小麦液流及蒸腾速率测定方法初探

摘要: 为寻求一种无伤测定小麦植物茎内汁液物质流量进而估算农田植物蒸腾速率的生物电子测试方法,作者改良了一种基于热量平衡原理的新型探测器。该探测器由微型加热片和热电偶组成,热电偶产生的信号用21X型微电脑数据记录器采集处理;在春小麦上进行了茎秆热量平衡法测定值与称重法测定值对比。结果表明两者之间误差不超过1.4g/h·株。

Abstract: In order to develop a physiological means of intact plants for determine plant transpiration,a kind of sap flow gauge has been improved,It is based on plant stem heat balance method.The gauge consist of heater and thermocouple.The electronic signal generated by thermocouple were connected to 21X data logger for computer processing.Comparing the sap flow rate measured by heat balance method and transpiration rate by weighing method,the results show that the value obtained by gauges were in good agreement with the value obtained by weighing method.The maximum absolute error is 1.4g/ hour·plant.
