In this paper, using the weather yield index (low) which shows the influence on the grain producing, a study on the I_(DW) feature in space and time and its relationship with climatic condition during 1949~1988 in Shanxi is obtained. The following chatacters are found: The range and amplitude of I_(DW) get larger. I_(DW) correlates with precipitation closely but weakly and negatively with temperature. It is the essential factor restricting the grain producing that the climatic precipitation is smaller than the agriculture's need. I_(DW) in some areas correlate oppositely with others as a result of this reason the grain yield has been compensated each other in Shanxi. It is an advantage which make up for the shortcoming of climate. The department concerned should pay great attention to these change and feature in climate and I_(DW).

The biological climatic data which are 10 soybean varieties of Heihe No.3 and so on planted in 34 seeding times in 26 places of 19 provinces in China from 1980 to 1982 are used in this paper. A computer model of developmental dynamics of two developmental stages of soybean, seeding to emergence and emergence to maturity, was set up in a computer. This computer model is named "Orthostate model of developmental dynamics of soybean". Every parameter in the orthostate model of soybean development not only has a clear biological significance, but also its simulated precision is obviously higher than the traditional "Accumulated temperature model".
