摘要: 初步研究了γ 聚谷氨酸 (γ PGA)的吸水性能和生物学效应。结果表明 :γ 聚谷氨酸的最大自然吸水倍数可达到 110 8 4倍 ,比目前市售的聚丙烯酸盐类吸水树脂高 1倍以上 ,对土壤水分的吸收倍数为 30~ 80倍。γ 聚谷氨酸的水浸液在土壤中具有一定的保水力和较理想的释放效果 ,有明显的抗旱促苗效应。在 0 2 0 6M浓度的PEG(6 0 0 0 )模拟渗透胁迫条件下 ,γ 聚谷氨酸仍有较强的吸水和保水能力 ,可明显提高小麦和黑麦草的发芽率 ,用其直接拌种也能显著提高种子的发芽率

Abstract: The water absorption properties and biological effects of γ-poly glutamate (γ-PGA) were investigated. The γ-PGA could absorb 30 to 80 multiple of water in soil and to 1108.4 multiple of water, which was one time higher than that of poly acrylate. The colloid solution of γ-PGA had rather perfect effects on holding and releasing water in soil. It thus enhanced the drought resistance of crop seedlings. The γ-PGA could significantly improve the germination percentage of wheat and ryegrass even in the condition of simulated drought stress of 0.206M PEG(6000).
