摘要： 采用离散模式和概率统计等方法对气象决策服务潜在经济效益的理论评估方法进行了初步探讨,并对部分个例进行了初步分析和说明,对提高气象科技服务的社会经济效益以及自身经济效益,有效地促进气象业务现代化建设具有十分重要的现实意义

Abstract: By using dissociation method and probability statistic method, the evaluation method in theories about the potential economic benefit were disscused in this paper. It was highly important to improve the social benefit of meteorological service and increase the economical benefit of meteorological department.
