Fitting Light Response Curves of Photosynthesis of Winter Wheat

摘要: 测定了田间冬小麦叶片光合作用速率及其相应的气象要素 ,分别用直角双曲线和非直角双曲线方程拟合了光合作用对光强的响应。指出在田间条件下 ,用直角双曲线拟合得到的初始量子效率 ( α)偏高。由于非直角双曲线中引入了反映光合曲线弯曲程度的参数 (凸度 ) ,使得 α值正常 ,在高光强下光合作用趋于光饱和 ,拟合结果更加符合生理意义

Abstract: Photosynthetic rate of leaves of winter wheat in field and their corresponding meteorological elements are observed in North China Plain. The light response curves are fitted by rectangle and non rectangle hyperbola. It is found that initial quantum yield obtained by fitting rectangle hyperbola is higher than its real value. The non rectangle curve gives a proper value of the physiological parameters, and shows light saturation under high light intensity.
