Abstract: Based on the previous practices of agro-climatic regionalization,a prelimary design on Operational Flow of Fine Agro-climatic Regionalization(OFFAR) is proposed,combined with the operational requirements of modern agro-meteorology and the characteristics of fine agro-climatic regionalization.The main contents of operational flow included determining the regionalization objects,analyzing the relationship between regionalization objects and climatic conditions,collecting and processing the data needed,determining the index and methods of regionalization,making the regionalization map,checking the regionalization results,writing the regionalization reports and the services of regionalization products.The establishment of OFFAR will have an important significance in regularizing and guiding the fine agro-climatic regionalization works.
