Ecological Climate Characters and Growing Division of Alfalfa(Medicago sativa) Sowed in Spring on Loess Plateau of East Gansu Province

Abstract

Abstract: According to analysis of growth status and the observed climate data of alfalfa(Medicago sativa) sowed in the spring on the Loess Plateau of the East Gansu Province,the quantitative analysis of growth and development of alfalfa with the average temperature,the accumulated temperature and the precipitation was made.The divisions for growing and climate risk of alfalfa were made.The results provided the scientific base for the adjustment of agriculture and promotion of livestock development.
