Abstract: Based on the meteorological data from 1961 to 2004 in the 71 stations in Hubei Province, the changes of the main agro-meteorological disasters were analyzed by using inclination rate analysis. There were 17 disasters showed a decreasing trend and 9 disasters showed an increasing trend among all of 26 disasters. However,it was not meant that climate change benefited to agriculture. The analyzed conclusions would help to enhance the pertinence of the meteorological services for agriculture and provide means for the government's decision-making in using climate resources adequately and avoiding disasters efficiently.
