基于利润/协调度构建农作物种植双目标规划模型:以山西灵丘县为例

Construction of A Bi−objective Programming Model for Crop Planting Based on Profit-coordination Degree: A Case Study of Lingqiu County, Shanxi Province

摘要:

Reasonable programming and planting of crops is the key to balancing the economic benefits of the agricultural industry and the sustainable development of resourcesand is an important way to increase farmers' income and achieve prosperity. Crop planting programming in Lingqiu county of Shanxi province, was used to quantify the impact of interannual risks of yield, cost and price on planting programming using stochastic parameters combination with the impact of plot type, crop rotation and market demand on planting. At the same time, complementary crop substitution mechanism had been integrated, with planting profit and coordination degree as the bi−objectives. Three crop planting programming models were designed and constructed and evaluated. The results showed that the actual planting profit of 41 kinds of crops planted in Lingqiu county in 2023 were 5926348.25 yuanand the planting coordination degree was 66.67. The planting scheme with biobjective programming (M1) achieved a profit increase of 71.01% and a planting coordination increase of 60.75%. The planting scheme with biobjective programming considering market risk (M2) increased the profit by 75.42% and the planting coordination increased by 60.94%. The profit increase of the planting scheme with bi−objective programming under the complementary substitution condition (M3) reached 164.42%, and the planting coordination increased by 60.75%. The results of all three planting schemes could achieve an increase of more than 60% with coordination of crop planting in the region, and an increase of more than 70% of profits. The bi−objective planting programming model had a good ability to improve profits and planting coordination, and could provide support for adjustment and optimization in crop planting programming and crop industry layout. The crop planting bi−objective programming model designed and constructed in this paper and its programming results had certain guiding value for optimizing the regional crop planting structure and layout, promoting the supplyside structural reform of the agricultural industry, improving the economic benefits of the agricultural industry and coordinating the sustainable development of the agricultural industry.

Abstract:

农作物合理规划种植是平衡农业产业经济效益与资源可持续发展的关键,是实现农民增收致富的重要途径。以山西省灵丘县农作物种植规划为研究对象,结合地块类型、作物轮作及市场需求对种植的影响,利用随机参数量化单产、成本及价格的年际风险对种植规划的影响,同时融合作物互补替代机制,以种植利润和协调度为双目标,设计并构建3种农作物种植规划模型并对其进行评价。结果表明:2023年山西省灵丘县实际种植41种农作物的生产利润为5926348.25元,种植协调度66.67;双目标规划(M1)种植方案实现利润增加71.01%,种植协调度增加60.75%。考虑市场风险的双目标规划(M2)种植方案利润增加75.42%,种植协调度提升60.94%。互补替代条件下双目标规划(M3)种植方案的利润增幅达164.42%,种植协调度提升60.75%3种种植方案均可实现灵丘县农作物种植协调度超过60%的提升,利润增幅超70%。双目标规划种植模型具有较好的利润和种植协调度提升能力,可为该县在农作物种植规划和农作物产业布局方面提供支撑。本研究设计构建的农作物种植双目标规划模型及其规划结果对优化地区农作物种植结构和布局,对推进农业产业供给侧结构性改革,提升农业产业经济效益和协调农业产业可持续发展具有一定指导价值。
